Pericles Giannopoulos

Pericles is a lawyer qualified to appear before the Supreme Court and member of the Athens Bar Association since 2003. He holds a law degree from the University of Athens Law School and has received a master’s degree (LLM) from the the New York University Law School (NYU) in competition law (trade regulation) in 2002. His areas of practice are civil and commercial law, specializing in real estate, S&P, companies (on-shore and off-shore) as well as shipping (vessel S&P projects, registrations and financing). In this context, he represents national and foreign clients, while he also acts as in-house legal counsel of a major shipping group. He speaks English and French.

Aikaterini (Katerina) Melidoni

Katerina is a lawyer qualified to appear before the Court of Appeals and has been a member of the Piraeus Bar Association since 2008. She holds a law degree from the University of Athens Law School and has received a master’s degree in civil law from the same University with honors. She specializes in civil and commercial law and has extensive experience and involvement in real estate S&P projects as well as in the issuance of residence permits for investors (Golden Visa). She also represents international and domestic investors in the sectors of real estate and renewable energy, undertaking due diligence projects in the context of acquisitions. She speaks English and German.

Yianis Violaris

Ioannis Violaris

Yiannis is a lawyer qualified to appear before the Supreme Court and a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2002. He holds a law degree from the University of Athens Law School and has also received a master’s degree from the Law School of the University of Bristol in Commercial Law (competition and financial markets law). His areas of practice are commercial, administrative and civil law, specializing in public tenders, energy, commercial companies and contracts at all levels, including the advisory, regulatory compliance as well as litigation level. In this context, he represents national and foreign clients in the drafting and negotiation of contracts, mergers and acquisitions, development of investment plans, participation in public tenders, while he is also the legal advisor of the Panhellenic Medical Products Suppliers Association. He is fluent in English and French.
